Pervino Merlot 2021 comes from Istria, with the Merlot variety showcasing full maturity and character. The colour is deep ruby, the bouquet rich in ripe blackberries and violets, followed by smoke, dark chocolate and plum hints. On the palate the wine is dense, elegant and well balanced, clearly fruity with a refined finish. Serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
