Rossi Malvazija comes from vineyard sites above the Mirna river in Istria. The wine shows a pale yellow colour with a greenish shimmer. On the nose there are acacia blossom, apple, plum and apricot. The acidity is moderate, minerality finely present, the palate rounded and harmonious, medium body and a pleasant finish. Serve at 10-12 °C. Pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, white meats and light cheeses.
