This red wine pays tribute to the great-grandfather's pet – a donkey named Moro. The blend includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Teran varieties, grown on reddish and gray soils in Istria. The wine has an intense color, a rich fruity aroma of blueberry and raspberry, followed by a subtle note of dark chocolate and black pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, well-balanced, with soft tannins and a rounded taste. It is recommended with game, red meat, mature and fatty cheeses, and chocolate desserts. Serve at 16-18 °C.
